Make one for your plans

Heading somewhere for the weekend, or to a game? Pick the city and the day, then send the link to whoever is coming.

Your outfit, every morning

Comfie for iPhone does this for wherever you are, plans a whole week ahead, and learns whether you run hot or cold. Free to download, no ads.

The outfit for a later day is for 8 AM, the way the app shows it, with a note when it gets lighter by noon. Today's outfit is for right now in that city. Levels follow the Comfie Scale. Weather data comes from Open-Meteo.
